Calm Down Fast

Terms of Use

Version 2026-10-04

These are the terms shown in the Calm Down Fast mobile app. Reading this page does not record your acceptance. In the app, acceptance is saved on your device.

The app offers exercises for relaxation, attention and winding down before sleep. It does not provide medical advice or guarantee results.

Exercises may involve joint movements, muscle tension or breath holds. They can cause discomfort or injury, especially if they are unsuitable for your health or performed incorrectly.

If you have an illness, an injury, physical activity restrictions or any doubt about whether an exercise is suitable for you, do not start until you have discussed it with a doctor and received permission to perform it. This includes previous joint dislocations, heart or lung conditions and blood-pressure problems.

Move at a comfortable pace and within a comfortable range. Stop the exercise if you experience any discomfort, pain, dizziness or any other worsening of how you feel. Do not push through unpleasant sensations.

You choose whether to perform each exercise. Before starting, read its instructions and limitations. Only perform exercises for which you have no known contraindications, and obtain a doctor's permission if you have an illness, injury, restriction or doubt. Follow the stop rule if your condition changes.

Participation is voluntary and involves accepting the risks of discomfort or injury described in the warnings. The app cannot assess your health or decide whether an exercise is suitable for you.

These terms do not exclude or limit any rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Your acceptance of this version is saved on this device. It is not a medical assessment or a record of your health.
